An exciting opportunity exists with Nurse VIC for Registered Nurses, Enrolled Nurses, and AINs to join our team as part of our Community Nursing services.

You will play a crucial role in delivering comprehensive care to patients with a broad range of health needs. This role operates within a multidisciplinary environment where collaboration and patient-centred care are at the forefront of everything we do.

Positions are available across the Melbourne metropolitan area and surrounding suburbs.

Be rewarded working autonomously, supporting consumer choice and dignity, while providing professional clinical services to people in the comfort of their own homes.

In this role, your responsibilities will include:
Medication Management – oral, S/C & I/V
Pain Management
Wound Care – simple and complex
Continence care including Catheter Care
Supporting care plans and nursing interventions for customers
Delivering holistic care and promoting the wellbeing of customers in their homes
Accurate and timely clinical documentation and handover
Liaising with internal and external stakeholders including family members, Support Workers, and allied health professionals
Conducting Assessments and Admissions

About You
AHPRA Registered
Bachelor of Nursing / Transcript
Minimum 1 year experience in an acute setting
Current First Aid / CPR
Practical Manual Handling certification
National Police Clearance
Triple Covid Vaccinations
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work autonomously – This is a MUST!
Flexibility – this is a 24/7 operation, with AM, PM & Night shifts available
