Key Requirements:
✔ Certificate III in Personal Care, Aged Care, Community, or Individual Support (mandatory)
✔ Experience – A minimum of six months paid experience in residential aged care
✔ Communication Skills – Strong verbal and written communication skills
✔ Empathy & Compassion – A genuine passion for supporting the elderly

Your Role as a Personal Care Worker:
As a Personal Care Worker with Nurse VIC, you will provide high-quality care and support to residents in aged care facilities across Melbourne. Your responsibilities include:

Assisting residents with daily activities and personal hygiene
Offering emotional support and fostering a positive environment
Working as part of a multi-disciplinary healthcare team
